Nourishing your body can feel overwhelming. Diet culture- well, that is definitely exhausting. Here at Nutrition for Her, we believe in taking an individualized, scientific approach to help you reach your goals, using an intuitive eating lens and honoring YOUR body.

The focus here is not weight loss, rather learning how to fuel your body using anti-diet nutrition knowledge to help you feel your best.

Cari Millinger, MS, RD, LD

Cari is the owner and registered dietitian (RD) nutritionist behind Nutrition For Her, LLC. Practicing through an individualized, evidenced based, and intuitive-eating lens, Cari strives to help women nourish themselves, cancel diet culture, & find the joy in food.  While working as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting and becoming a new mom herself, Cari found her passion for postpartum nutrition and women's health. Her goal is to help others navigate the black hole of conflicting and (often) outdated nutrition information and provide women with evidenced based anti-diet nutrition knowledge to best nourish themselves.

Cari is a wife and mom of two. She loves to spend her free time reading, being outdoors, (learning to) garden, baking, and being in the presence of family and friends.
